Clif Peterson

Clif Peterson is the Founder and Chief Joy Officer of , a nationwide contractor serving the wireless infrastructure industry. With more than 27 years of leadership experience, he is a respected industry leader known for combining operational excellence with a people-first approach to leadership, workforce development, and industry advocacy. A certified life and business coach, speaker, and host of The Experience Podcast, Clif is passionate about helping individuals and teams grow while strengthening the industry as a whole.

He also serves on the Tower Family Foundation Board of Directors and the NATE Workforce Development Committee, supporting initiatives focused on workforce development, safety, and family well-being. Through his leadership and advocacy, Clif works to strengthen the industry with joy, integrity, and purpose.

Project Leader & Estimator

Marshall Pinto

Marshall Pinto is a Project Leader and Estimator with , bringing seven years of experience that began as an apprentice tower technician. His hands-on background shaped a deep respect for craftsmanship, teamwork, and service—values that continue to guide his leadership today.

Marshall now oversees project operations and estimating for Home Services across Western Washington, leading residential and commercial projects while mentoring field teams and building strong client relationships. He is passionate about extending the mission of to inspire the world with joy into new markets through excellence, transparency, and meaningful human connection.

Hannah Peterson

Hannah Peterson serves as Director of Stewardship at , where she fosters a culture of excellence, accountability, and intentional care for people and resources. Passionate about developing strong systems and empowering leaders, she helps create environments where individuals and teams can grow and thrive.

Stephen Angulo is Head Coach and a member of the executive team at , where he leads people development, leadership growth, and operational systems across the organization. Since joining in 2019, he has advanced through every level of field and project leadership, giving him a unique perspective on developing strong leaders, teams, and culture.

A husband, father of four, and passionate servant leader, Stephen believes that people are the heart of every operation. Guided by principles of Extreme Ownership, Radical Truth and Transparency, and a belief in every person’s potential, he works to bring ’s mission to life by empowering individuals, strengthening teams, and creating lasting impact one conversation at a time.

Matt Scharpp

Matt Scharpp is a Project Manager and Estimator at with more than a decade of telecom infrastructure experience and a lifelong foundation in construction. Since entering the industry in 2015, he has advanced from apprentice to leadership roles, building expertise in tower construction, site acquisition, estimating, and field operations. Known for his commitment to ownership, clear communication, and mentorship, Matt leads complex infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest.

At , Matt works closely with carrier partners and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality results that reflect the company’s mission to inspire the world with joy. A dedicated husband, father of three, and longtime Tacoma resident, he brings the same reliability, perseverance, and commitment to his family that he brings to every project and team he leads.

Project Manager and Leader of People

Josh Turner

Josh Turner is a Project Manager and Leader of People at , bringing more than 13 years of telecom experience and six years with the company. A U.S. Navy veteran, Josh worked his way up from an entry-level tower technician to leadership roles, developing a reputation for tackling complex projects, solving difficult logistical challenges, and leading with resilience, accountability, and humor.

Josh believes leadership is about helping others reach their full potential and creating a culture where people grow together. Guided by ’s core value, “I Will Work on Me for You,” he is committed to continuous personal growth, knowing that becoming a better leader, teammate, and person allows him to better serve those who depend on him at work and at home.

Russ Smith

Russ Smith serves as Leader of People Development at , bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in government telecommunications and the U.S. Coast Guard. A graduate of the Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer’s Academy for Leadership & Management, Russ has led teams of all sizes throughout his career and is passionate about developing strong leaders, effective teams, and purpose-driven individuals.

Known for his faith, integrity, and commitment to serving others, Russ has dedicated his life to supporting family, community, and personal growth. At , he focuses on mentoring and encouraging the next generation of leaders, helping team members grow into dependable, impactful individuals who positively influence those around them both personally and professionally.
